I love to make this salad when I have people over for a beautiful brunch or lunch. I have also paired it with some organic grilled chicken for a lovely dinner option as well. The flavor combination of the strawberries with the poppy seed dressing really gets your taste buds going! This beautiful salad is very easy to throw together, so you can spend more time enjoying it than making it!

Ingredients

5 cups of organic spinach

2 cups of organic strawberries

3/4 cup whole pecans

1/2 cup goat cheese crumbles (you can also use feta or gorgonzola)

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. You want just enough dressing to cover the salad without drowning it.
