Lebanese Rose Tea

This Lebanese tea is a refreshing and floral drink that can be found in most authentic Lebanese restaurants. Our whole family would order pitcher after pitcher of this delightful tea whenever we would venture to our favorite Lebanese restaurant. We always felt like extended family as the owner and his wife would fill our cups and bellies with all their delicious food.
Ingredients

2-3 earl grey tea bags
2 lemons
1/2 cup rose water (you can also substitute orange blossom water)
2 tbsp honey (or other sweetener of your choice)

Directions
Brew 12 cups of the tea. In a large pitcher, add the lemon juice, rose water, and honey. Fill the pitcher with two cups of ice cubes so that the heat from the hot tea will not crack the glass. Pour in the hot tea and stir the ingredients together. Adjust the ingredients to fit your taste buds.

You can add clean rose petals to add to the beauty of this drink. Your guests will appreciate the extra touch. This beverage taste like Spring!
